Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Extreme Roofing Solutions, LLC (“ERS,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Instant Metal Quote (“IMQ,” the “Service”). IMQ is a business tool used by roofing contractors (“Customers”) to prepare quotes for their clients (“Homeowners”).

1. Information we collect

Account data - name, email, phone, company, and role for users who sign in (including via Google Sign-In). Quote & project data - property addresses, measurements, and Homeowner contact details that a Customer enters to prepare a quote. Payment data - only for Customers (contractors) paying ERS for the Service; handled by QuickBooks / Intuit, and we never receive or store full card numbers. Homeowners do not pay through IMQ. A quote shared with a Homeowner is an estimate they can accept or decline, not a checkout, so we hold no Homeowner payment details at all. Technical data - IP address, device/browser info, and security/audit logs.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, generate quotes, process subscription and deposit payments, authenticate users, maintain security and audit trails, provide support, and comply with law.

3. How we share information

With the Customer (contractor) on whose behalf data is processed; with service providers that power the Service - QuickBooks / Intuit (payments), Google (sign-in, and address lookup while you type an address), Anthropic (the in-app support assistant, and automated reading of measurement reports you upload), and our internal ERS CRM (account/profile records); and as required by law. Email is sent from mail servers operated by ERS, not handed to a third-party email provider. For Homeowner personal information entered by a Customer, ERS acts as a processor/service provider on that Customer’s behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.

4. Data retention

We retain account and quote data for as long as your account is active, because a quote is a business record you may need to refer back to, and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and audit obligations require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time: we anonymize the personal information on it, clear its credentials and sign out its sessions, keeping only a non-identifying record so past quotes and invoices stay internally consistent.

5. Your rights

Depending on your residency (e.g., the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, CCPA/CPRA, or GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights contact us at info@extremeroofingsolutions.org. Customers can also request export or deletion of an account’s data from within the Service.

6. Cookies

IMQ uses only essential cookies required to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed file access, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The Service is a business tool not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
